We accept returns for refund within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Window (14 Days)
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

The item must not be damaged, altered, opened, or resealed

All original packaging and included materials must be returned
Inspection & Approval
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item to confirm:

There is no damage

The product has not been changed, opened, or resealed

The item matches what was originally shipped
β If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
β If the item does not pass inspection (damage, missing contents, signs of use, opened/resealed packaging, or any alteration), the refund will be denied and the item will be sent back to you.
How to Start a Return

Returns sent without approval may be refused.
Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped).

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Timing
After inspection approval, refunds are typically processed within 3β7 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
